Group Therapy

Current offering: Slow Sundays (enrolling for Spring 2026)

Slow Sundays is an invitation into mindful presence and self-exploration, in community. This is a 6-week women’s group to support you in cultivating more presence and intention to enjoy a life that feels like yours. This group is a soft place to be in connection with yourself and like-minded community. Themes explored: honoring the past, somatic listening, values, dream life, rituals, nature therapy.
 
Where: Sunday evenings from 6 to 7:15pm, with the exception of a final in-person gathering in Griffith Park on Sunday from 12-2pm.
 
When: Next container opens in March/April 2026. Group begins once the group is full.

Based in Los Angeles, California, Marina Mendes is an Associate Professional Clinical Counselor specializing in Internal Family Systems and nature-based healing. In addition to individual and group therapy, she facilitates retreats and is a certified nature therapy guide, yoga teacher, sound practitioner, and somatic coach.
