Our Full Spectrum retreat is an invitation into honoring it all: the full spectrum of this human experience. We will play, we will grieve, we will move, we will make art. We will remember how to truly be in present connection with both our inner and outer worlds, and to find reverence for every precious part of this sacred, and sometimes (often) messy, human life.
